  • Deposit steps:
    1. Upon acceptance, sign the training contract.
    2. Pay 30 % of the total tuition as a non-refundable deposit within 30 days of invoice via bank transfer or online payment portal.
    3. Remaining balance due within 30 calendar days of the second invoice. (aivancity.ai)

  • students whose entire prior education (both 10+2 and Bachelor’s) was taught in English and who can provide a valid English-proficiency score (TOEFL, IELTS or PTE) are considered to have met Aivancity’s language requirements and can proceed straight to the standard application → interview process without any extra language tests:

    • Proof of English proficiency
      • Minimum accepted tests: TOEFL, IELTS or PTE
      • If your 10+2 and Bachelor’s programmes were both delivered fully in English, many schools (including Aivancity) will accept that as satisfying the requirement—although you’ll still submit your official test score during application.

    • No additional standardized tests required
      Aivancity does not require GRE or other entrance exams for its MSc tracks; your dossier (transcripts, CV, SOP) plus the motivational interview are the key admissions components.

    • Direct admission via interview

      1. Apply online – upload transcripts (showing English-medium instruction), CV, SOP and your English-proficiency score.

      2. Dossier review & short-list – if your file is complete and meets the eligibility (including English), you’ll be invited to interview.

      3. Motivational interview (30–45 min) – with a program director, focusing on your background, motivations and fit.

      4. Final decision – communicated within ~2–4 weeks of your interview.
